The hotel's location is excellent for shopping and exploring the historical part of town. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. The staff is friendly and highly helpful. The nearby restaurant, Ficcin, offers a good variety of food at a reasonable price.

The clean and cute room was very comfortable and well proportioned. The staff, especially Tatyana at the front desk, were super helpful and fulfilled all of my needs and requests. The location was amazing, just off the main pedestrian street where all the action is. There were many bars, cafes, restaurants, shisha places, and shops around. The breakfast was also very tasty.

It is also in close proximity to St Anthony's Catholic church, adding to its charm. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with modern fixtures and fittings. We had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center on a side street off Istiklal Cadd, with easy access to the lively clubs and bars, including the famous Pera Palace and Jazz Club. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Tahir at the front desk. The room was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi and a comfortable sitting area. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Personal touch in decor and organic toiletries. Plush and comfortable bed. Very clean and well-appointed rooms. Convenient location for transport and shopping. Complimentary items like toothpaste and shaving cream provided. Good food variety at nearby restaurant. Will return.
